The POSIX storage space /gridgroup
The POSIX /gridgroup storage space is physically made up of several elements:
- a Dell MD34600 disk array containing 60 x 3TB disks
- 2 Dell R620 I/O servers connected to the MD3460 in double attachment, each with a 10Gb/s ethernet card for GPFS data export. These two servers offer the possibility of high availability on this storage.
The storage space accessible in POSIX mode is :
/gridgroup(group space): 160 TB in total (commandgridquotato find out the occupancy of your files and the files in your group). This space is accessible from all machines (UI and Worker Nodes)./scratch: local and temporary storage space on IUs (files automatically deleted after 90 days).
The /gridgroup storage is mounted on all SLURM farm servers (on interactive servers and SLURM farm Worker Nodes).
To find out how much space you're using and your group's quota, run the command :
$ gridquota
